Cecily Skarda

Cecily Skarda has been a licensed attorney in the State of Arkansas since 1998. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Arkansas, and all other Arkansas state courts in August of 1998. She was admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts in June of 1999. She has spent the past 24 years practicing law and running her own law firm with a focus in all areas of family law, estate planning and civil litigation. Cecily has extensive experience helping Arkansas families, and recently joined Generations Legal Group in 2023. Cecily takes pride in her ability to develop and implement comprehensive estate planning solutions, crisis planning for long term care for the elderly, and asset preservation for her clients and their families. Cecily is the mother of two beautiful children, and spends most of her personal time with her family, (including her dog and grand dog), and friends. She loves cooking, running, gardening, visiting beaches and lakes, and is learning Spanish in her free time.
